6. Accounts & bans
You are responsible for your account credentials. We may suspend, ban, or terminate accounts and reset virtual balances at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse.
7. No warranty & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chance Champions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
